In the Cinco Jotas online store, our goal is for you to have a superior shopping experience from the moment you choose your products until you are enjoying them at home with friends and family. For this reason we have carefully designed the shipping and delivery services using only the best logistics and transport companies in the market.
With this goal in mind, we are delighted to offer the Express service level that guarantees delivery within 24 to 48 hours on the Spanish mainland (which excludes the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands) at the best possible price.
Our products are celebrated for their exceptional quality. Therefore, in order to guarantee maximum quality and optimal storage conditions in transport, during the summer period from June through September (inclusive) all orders will be shipped using the Express service. This means that during this period the Standard shipping service is suspended without any exceptions.
During the winter months from October through May (inclusive) our clients are able to choose between Standard and Express shipping service.
Clients choosing the standard shipping service might also be eligible for free shipping depending upon the total purchase amount and shipping destination.
- For purchases in excess of € 100 for delivery to an address in mainland Spain or Portugal, shipping will be free.
- For purchases in excess of € 150 for delivery to international addresses (to European Union countries), the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, shipping will be free.
As mentioned, during the summer period from June through September (inclusive) all deliveries will be shipped using the Express service with the client assuming all or part of the shipping cost depending on the total purchase amount and shipping destination.

The estimated delivery times can vary in cases where an item in an order is not in stock or at times of the year with peaks in order activities (such as Christmastime). These delivery times are therefore approximate and not guaranteed.
The cut-off time for the preparation of orders in the warehouse is set at 1:30 pm, meaning that an extra day will be added to the delivery time of orders made after this point.
Deliveries are made on weekdays from Monday through Friday. Therefore the delivery times are expressed in working days excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
VAT of 21% is not included in published product prices.
Weight and size restrictions apply to consignments of over 600 kg, parcels over 40 kg, and when total package measurements exceed 300 cm.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Standard shipping to the Canary Islands initiates on Fridays (maritime transport) and this can affect the estimated shipping times published.
All shipments of orders less than € 150 to the Canary Islands will carry an additional cost of € 10 for customs processing. The Simplified Declaration will be used making it necessary to attach a commercial invoice (neither a value declaration nor a pro-forma invoice are valid in this case). In these cases, no import/export documentation will be produced. These conditions for shipments less than € 150 are only allowed for B2B or B2C shipments and are not valid for personal shipments. Alcohol is an exception to this rule even when the value is less than € 150.
All shipments to the Canary Islands in excess of € 150 will carry an additional charge of € 51.43 to cover the requisite customs processing. Any applicable Canary Islands taxes or customs duties are not included in this charge.
The customs fees will be assumed by the recipient when making the purchase in the online store, never upon delivery.
For returns due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or rejections by customers, the return journey shall be invoiced to the customer as a new shipment. Returning shipments will be charged at the same price as outgoing deliveries. This does not apply to refunds.
