Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

  • The Store may offer Clients different types of shipping methods. The availability of different shipping options will depend on various factors, such as the Store’s decision to offer a particular option, the type of Product and other factors. The Store does not guarantee the availability of all shipping options at all times.

  • Depending on the above factors, various shipping options may be available, including, among others:
    • A) Standard Shipping.
    • A) Express Shipping.

  • The Client will select the delivery method of their preference among those available.

  • During the purchase process, the Client will be informed of the transport costs for the chosen delivery method and the expected delivery time frame.

  • Home delivery address: In the cases of Standard and Express Shipping, Products purchased in the Store will be sent to the postal address indicated by the Client. The postal address cannot be a P.O. box or public places, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports or similar. Once the shipping and billing details have been recorded, any changes must be made via sac_web@osborne.es. These changes may cause delivery delays. In such cases, claims regarding shipping times will not be accepted.

  • The delivery time for Standard Shipping will be between 1 and 3 business days in Spain (except island territories, where the delivery time will be 10 business days), between 1 and 3 days in Portugal (except island territories, where the delivery time will be 10 business days), and between 2 and 4 days in the rest of Europe. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays from order verification, except for force majeure, always noting that orders verified after the cut-off time (13:00) will be recorded as placed the next day, as they cannot be prepared the same day.

  • The delivery time for Express Shipping will be a maximum of 24 hours in Spain and 72h in the rest of Europe, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays from order verification, except for force majeure, always noting that orders verified after the cut-off time (13:00) will be recorded as placed the next day, as they cannot be prepared the same day.

  • These times may vary depending on the lack of stock of items in the order, as well as specific high activity dates, such as the Christmas campaign, and compliance with the published times is not guaranteed. In no case will the amount paid for express (or normal for orders under €80) shipping be refunded for non-compliance with the time frame during the Christmas period from December 1 to January 6.

  • For home delivery, if delivery of the Product at the indicated address is rejected or not possible on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the same day or subsequent days. If delivery is not possible on this second attempt, the Product will be returned to the Store. Transport and return costs will be borne by the Client and the price of Products not delivered will be refunded using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

RETURNS

  • Clients who purchase Products through the Store may cancel the purchase without justification, withdrawing from the contract.

  • Product returns may be made through the Store, sac_web@osborne.es the Customer Service, where the steps to follow will be indicated.

  • The maximum period available to the Client to send their communication is 14 calendar days from the date the Products are received.

  • The Client must return the Products purchased in perfect condition (not damaged, dirty, or opened), properly protected and in their original packaging.

  • Before returning the Product, the Client must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during transport.

  • Once the returned Products are received by the Store and their good condition has been checked, the refund for the returned units will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

  • The maximum period available to the Client to send their communication is 14 calendar days from the date the Products are received.

  • Return costs that may be charged to the Client will amount to the equivalent of the ordinary mail shipping rate. However, depending on the nature of each Product, this may be different.

  • The Store reserves the right to charge the costs generated if the Product is not in perfect condition.

  • Withdrawal will not be possible when, due to the nature of the purchased Products, it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages suffered, including, specifically: (i) Products made according to the consumer's instructions or specifications or personalized for them; (ii) Products that have expired within the withdrawal period; (iii) Products not in perfect condition.
